Stefany originally planned to become a teacher. But as a student she worked on a fundraising campaign for her college, and was identified as the institution’s top fundraiser. She realized then that she has a passion for matching organizations, whether they're institutions, corporations or service providers. She always strives to improve communications and benefits to all parties involved, and her upbeat personality and dynamism help her to build rewarding client relationships.

Recently, she has been invited to share her matchmaking expertise by training employees and designing educational programs: so teaching has made its way back into her life. Her perseverance in business also manifests itself in her personal life in her love of running. She has run four marathons, including the New York Marathon. She lives in New Jersey with her two children and ______ chickens.
