The Maid Project (Created and produced by Felicia Jamieson and art directed by Michael Millspaugh) is an experimental documentary that will examine the lives of five women who work as maids in Brazil. Maids are a common sight in Brazil. Their profession has more employees than any other in the country, yet they remain largely at the margins of society. Being a maid carries a strong social stigma, and is considered by most as the job of last resort. However, in a country where educational opportunities are few, poverty is prevalent and unemployment is high, many women are left with no other option for employment. Blending the traditional interview style with stylized animation, the film will tell stories of discrimination, hardship and, ultimately, the hope of a better life. American Showgirl - A Reality Competition Series We're searching for the next most beautiful, most talented Las Vegas showgirl in this new broadcast and Web reality series. Auditions will be held across America as we search for the next - most beautiful and most talented - Las Vegas Showgirl. Twenty-five selected contestants will be invited to the Bally's Hotel in Las Vegas where they will train with the cast of Donn Arden's Jubilee. For seven weeks, they will perform routines for our judges and a live studio audience. Each week, three contestants will be eliminated by the votes of our studio audience, call in votes and Internet voting - until there are four contestants left - who will all appear in a season ending production of the show. The winner receives a one-year contract to appear as a featured cast member of Donn Arden's Jubilee. We will have an all access pass to the cast members - producing segments about their personal lives outside of the show - and reveal never before "behind the scenes" action. Additional pre-produced segments will feature Bally's Hotel and Las Vegas. What happens here - doesn't stay here! Girls with Wings 'Girls With Wings' is a broadcast series and feature length documentary film about women who fly. Our feature stories will be character driven, engaging, exciting, exhilarating, motivating, inspiring, funny, chilling, up-close and very personal. We will learn why - their motivation and inspiration - they fly, how they became pilots, the challenges and the opportunities. We will follow them through training - military and civilian - (our cameras go everywhere on base and off) and see first hand the obstacles they face. Along the way, we will travel the world visiting places and seeing things that most only dream of. Women have proven themselves to be capable of very impressive feats, and successful women make great role models for young girls (and boys too). Instead of encouraging young girls to wait for their knights in shining armor, 'Girls With Wings' will encourage them to explore the night in their shiny airplane!
