LORI SCHMON, ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

A New Jersey native, Lori graduated in 2010 from Boston University’s College of Communication with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in International Relations. While a student at B.U., she worked at MTV Networks and Boston’s NBC affiliate, 7News. She enjoyed her experience at Outline Productions in London where she helped produce entertainment reality shows for television. As a student, she received a College TV Associated Press Award for producing a television news package about violent protests in London during the Group of 20 Summit.

Because of her passion for documentary filmmaking, working with Tribe has providedLori an outlet in which she can combine her journalism and film skills. During her free time, she drops in upstairs to assist with post-production. Or she plots her next overseas travel: will it be China, Brazil or Singapore?
